The Software Development Manager is entrusted with the care of a team of talented web developers/consultants (8-12 people). We’re looking for someone who is comfortable mentoring and coaching people to help them grow as both developers and consultants. The ideal candidate has experience fostering a healthy, productive environment by building strong relationships; recruiting and onboarding and holding their team members accountable. We’re looking for someone who’s still able to ensure that our team’s work consistently meets our coding and quality standards, and who can provide hands-on support in coding or testing work from time to time.
