Sales Operations Manager
Think Company operates in the United States as a fully remote company. As such, please consider this a remote (work from home) position. Please note that Thinkers are expected to operate within Eastern Standard Time Zone business hours.
Think Company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our growing business development team. In this role you will be responsible for tracking potential clients from their first communication with Think Company to handoff with the Delivery team.
You will work with the team to develop processes and manage the sales-to-delivery pipeline, including developing intake and qualification processes, managing complex sales pitches, and providing expertise to business development teams.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and possess outstanding project management skills.
Responsibilities of a Sales Operations Manager:
- Collaborate with different departments to assess existing processes, improve efficiencies, and propose solutions and tools to optimize the workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders and other departments to develop long-term strategies.
- Review and qualify potential clients from different sources by collecting information and data on the lead.
- Maintain lead records and lead data quality in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Track project changes in our project management and CRM tools (Parallax, Hubspot, and Basecamp) promptly, ensuring that the business development team will have all the necessary information to pursue potential projects
- Initiate communications with Delivery Heads and Project Managers to get sales projects staffed in a timely manner
- Schedule and facilitate lead handoffs with Business Development Executives
- Track and drive sales milestones by coordinating with Business Development Executives and Department heads to move deals through the pipeline
- Manage proposals and complex opportunities. Making sure that the team is informed of their milestones and action items
- Schedule and facilitate interdepartmental meetings
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- 3 years of Operations, Project Management, or Sales Operations experience.
- Experience leading strategic projects and providing solutions-oriented findings.
- Strong analytical proficiency and effective project management skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and growth centric environment.
- Able to thrive in a remote team environment.
- Experience participating in sales processes in agency environments is a plus.
